Vote on Proposals

Vote on-chain with Tally

When a proposal passes the temperature check, it will proceed to an on-chain vote facilitated by Tally. To pass this stage, the proposal must meet the following thresholds:

  1. Receive more votes in favor than against.

  2. Constitutional HIPs (HAI Improvement Proposal) require votes from at least 5% of votable tokens, while non-Constitutional HIPs require votes from at least 3% of votable tokens

To vote on proposals in the on-chain vote stage:

  1. Log in to Tally using a wallet that has delegated voting power. Ensure your HAI tokens are delegated to your wallet address before the voting period begins.

  2. Navigate to the "explore DAOs" section, click "My DAOs" within your Tally profile, and select the appropriate page for Constitutional or non-Constitutional HIPs.

  3. Find the proposal you'd like to vote on and cast your vote on-chain using KITE.

Please refer to Governance Parameters for up-to-date information of current HAI Governance parameters.
